Dr. Victor C. Mullins heads the Undergraduate Program at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. In this role, he provides vision, leadership and strategic direction for the undergraduate program.  He provides strategic direction for recruitment and enrollment management, academic services—registration, academic advising and scholarship administration, student life, co-curricular activities and the undergraduate community - on both the College Park and Shady Grove campuses.

Dr. Mullins also serves as the Diversity Officer for the school. In this role, he provides strategic direction for diversity and inclusion initiatives for Maryland Smith. He works alongside the entire Smith community to align objectives and strategic plans with the mission of the University.

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Mullins has been committed to the admission, retention, placement, and graduation of students. He is passionate about student development; and works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and corporate partners in building strong student-centered communities.
